This work involves scheduling through Microsoft Project or other timeline-type software whereby resources can be assigned and timelines projected, forecast, etc. for the life of the project to meet milestones during the project scope.

Project Cost Control
This work is critical in terms of management of budgets ensuring that this key performance indicator is kept within set criteria and variations managed appropriately.
Cost control also includes forecasting costs throughout the life of the project and also deriving potential deviations.
Data Management Quality Control
Data management quality control is critical to good quality assurance and integrity of data that is gathered in the field during any project, large or small, ensuring that what is collected is of a standardised approach, repeatable and of sound integrity.
This also includes good data transfer from field to office and continuous verification of data collection.
ISO 9001 QA Practice
This work is pending and procedures are in preparation. A number of our business practices at Saprolite Environmental endeavour to meet ISO 9001; at this stage not yet certified by third party.
However, work practices, project management, and business management do follow these guidelines in principal.
